For those of you who do not know yet, I am going to Ecuador to visit my best friend Kim in 3 days! First I have to survive my last two days of class and pack and finish editing some engagement photos though…
The only times I’ve ever been out of the country were my two trips to Haiti and I’m so excited to go to South America and spend a week hanging out with Kimmy!!! A lot of people have asked me where exactly Ecuador is so in case you were wondering and too afraid to ask I’ve included a nice picture :) It’s right on the equator, but because it’s in the mountains the temperatures are cooler there than in Michigan right now. I’m told it’s in the70’s during the day, but rains a lot.
I’m a little worried about flying just becasue I’ve never flown alone before, but both my flights are with the same airline so I don’t have to re check my bag or anything which is nice. And I have a 7 hour layover in Houston Wednesday afternoon which I will be spending editing photos and wandering around the airport. Prayers for my trip would be much appreciated, I’ll be sure to post an update and some photos when I get there!
