The couple weeks have been a whirlwind of activity first I finished my two classes for summer semester (got an A and a B which I’m pretty proud of) then went straight to Detroit and then to Ecuador. The day after I got back I had to photograph a wedding and pay my tuition for fall semester. Suddenly it’s the end of August and my new lasses start on Monday- yikes!
Spending time with my best friend Kimmy was so great and the vacation was refreshing despite feeling like we were running around like crazy each day doing tons of stuff. We had a chance to see many of the touristy things in Quito and Banos as well as spending a couple days in Shell where she lived most of the year. I met a lot of wonderful people, American’s, Canadians, and Ecuadorians and thanks to facebook can keep in touch with some of them!
